Online booking and rescheduling on both sides
Back-and-forth messages like “could we do Thursday?” eat up your evenings and muddle your calendar. In CognitEase, the client sees your free time and books on their own, reschedules with a single tap, and you get a notification. If you agree on the next session at the end of a call, you book the client without leaving the call.

You set your session price in euros, dollars, złoty, in as many currencies as you need. The client picks theirs and pays you directly: by bank transfer, via Wise, PayPal or to your card. CognitEase never touches the money and takes no commission.

Video sessions inside Telegram
A Zoom link, a password, “I can’t hear you”: the first minutes of a session go to everything except therapy. In CognitEase you don’t create a meeting or send anything: the client joins the video session straight from the bot, or from a computer via a link in the browser.

A smart client dossier with notes, case file and briefing
After a session you have no energy left for notes, and before the next one you can’t remember where you left off. You no longer write notes from scratch. After every recorded video session, a draft clinical note is waiting for you in your format: SOAP, DAP or your own. You read, edit and confirm it, only confirmed content goes into the client’s case file, and before the next session you get a short briefing: where you left off and what to watch for.

Homework and outcome scales between sessions
Between sessions the client is on their own for a week, and if things get worse, you are the last to know. Short scales before and after each session show the trend from one session to the next, including a decline the client won’t say out loud.

Metaphoric cards used to need a table and a physical deck, so the technique got lost online. In CognitEase the deck is at hand right inside the video session. You draw a card, the client sees it on their screen the same second, and only you see the prompt for the image.

Data protection and session confidentiality
You are accountable to every client for their confidentiality. We built CognitEase so that you have an answer.
Video is never recorded. Audio is recorded only if you decide so, for the clients you have turned it on for.
The audio and transcript are deleted as soon as the draft is ready.
The dossier is encrypted with a separate key for your practice, and only you can see it.
The client gives consent before every session they join and accepts the agreement before paying.
