A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://cognitease.com/withdrawal. If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium reproducing the terms of the contract including the aforementioned conditions for early expiry of the right of withdrawal.
