Your own Telegram bot with your name
When your practice lives in private messages, it never really ends: bookings, reschedules, “can you send your bank details again” and questions at midnight. CognitEase gives you your own bot with your name and photo. All the work happens there, and your personal chat keeps only what you choose to let into it.

When your personal chat became a waiting room
- A client messages you at 23:40: “Could we move to Wednesday?” You reply, because otherwise you’ll forget by morning.
- You’ve sent your bank details three times already, but every new client asks again, and you scroll back for a message from six months ago.
- One chat with one person holds everything: their sessions, their payments, their homework and their “thank you, you’ve really helped me.”
- You don’t have a website, so “where do I book” has to be explained in words.
A profile and a bot link instead of a website
Most psychologists keep putting off a website: it’s expensive, it takes time, and you still end up explaining how to book. Instead, you get a link to your bot that you can put on social media, a business card or an ad. A client opens it and sees your practice: your name, photo, specialization, terms and reviews, and can book right away. CognitEase never takes center stage.
From then on, you no longer have to be your practice’s dispatcher. Reminders, payment details, documents and session invitations come to the client from the bot, and only what needs your decision reaches you. Your personal chat is once again a place where you decide whether to answer.
This is how your bot looks to a client: profile, verification badge, terms and a booking button
What you get along with the bot
A bot with your name.
The client sees “Carl Jung, psychologist,” your photo and your own bio, not the name of a service.
A link instead of a website.
One link in your Instagram bio, and people land on a booking page, not in a back-and-forth chat.
A bio without the agony.
From “I work with anxiety, 8 years in practice” you get a coherent bio in the tone you want, from warm to expert, and all that’s left is to adjust it to sound like you.
Verified credentials, in plain sight.
The CognitEase team checks your diploma and documents, and clients can see that your education and identity are confirmed.
Reviews without awkward requests.
You won’t have to ask for reviews: after a few sessions, the bot invites the client to leave one. Reviews are anonymous, signed with initials only, and your future clients can read them.
Your colors.
Eight color schemes, light and dark themes. Clients see a bot in your style.
Why a bot, and not just “message me.”
Private messages don’t scale.
With five clients, messaging keeps up. At fifteen, it turns into dispatcher work: who’s booked when, who has paid, who needs a reminder. That’s exactly the part you hand over to the bot. Bookings, reschedules, payments and reminders go through it, and you see every event in one place, not across twenty chats.
Boundaries the system holds for you.
A client rescheduling through the bot doesn’t wait for your answer at midnight: they see your open times and pick one. A client who forgot to pay gets a reminder from the bot, not from you. When your work with someone is over, you close bookings for them, and sessions already scheduled stay untouched. Bot messages disappear from the chat after two days, so your conversation with a client doesn’t turn into an archive of notifications.
A place of your own.
On a directory site, you’re one profile among hundreds, and clients choose by price. In your own bot, you’re the only specialist, and the client came to you on purpose. Your profile, reviews, terms and agreement sit right next to the booking, so people decide without leaving to look for you elsewhere. The bot link works like a website, without the hosting or the web design.
Who it’s for.
For those who have moved abroad and are building a client base again, with no website and no word-of-mouth referrals. For those whose clients live in different countries and use different messengers, but all have Telegram. And for those who simply want their phone to stay quiet in the evening.
Questions about the bot.
Does the client need to install anything?
No. Everything opens inside Telegram: booking, payment, documents, the call. For video sessions there’s also a browser link, if the client is at a computer.
How do I move clients I already work with?
Send them the link to your bot. As soon as someone opens the bot, they appear in your client list. There’s no import from a spreadsheet: the client has to tap “Start” once themselves, otherwise the bot can’t message them.
Can my clients see each other?
No. Each client sees only their own bookings, their own documents and your profile. Reviews are shown anonymously, with only the author’s initials.
What does the client see about verification?
A “Verified specialist” line and a list of what has been confirmed: identity, education, license, certificate. The documents themselves are never shown to anyone.
Does the bot message clients on its own?
No. Only about events in your practice: a booking, a reminder, a payment, a document, an invitation to fill in the intake. No ads, no newsletters.
