First clients without a website or five tools
At the start, everything runs through private messages: “DM me”, “I’ll send my payment details”, “remind me when we agreed to meet”. You have no website, and you don’t want to piece your practice together from a calendar, Zoom, a spreadsheet and a messenger. With CognitEase, from day one you have a bot with your name and a link you can send people to from social media, a trial session people actually show up for, and payment without back-and-forth messages.

When your practice starts in private messages
- Your profile bio says “DM to book”, and every booking starts with “so when are you free?”
- Five people booked a free consultation, and two showed up.
- You’ve sent your payment details three times already, and every new client asks for them again.
- You have no reviews yet, and asking for them feels awkward.
Profile, trial session and first payments
Setting up your own bot takes no BotFather and no technical settings. For your profile, a photo, your specialization, your education and a couple of lines about yourself are enough to produce a coherent text in the tone you want. You put the bot link in your social media bio and on your business card, and anyone who follows it sees your practice right away: name, photo, terms and booking without back-and-forth.
You can make the trial session for new clients free or discounted and ask them to confirm it the day before, so people actually show up. You set the price and payment method once, and you no longer have to send payment details to each client. After a few sessions, clients are invited to leave a review, anonymous and signed only with initials, and future clients see it. When your practice grows and you need documents for the tax office, you turn them on in the same settings.

The CognitEase features that matter at the start
A bot with your name in a minute.
A name is suggested from your practice description, and you won’t need BotFather or any setup.
Your About text.
“I work with anxiety, 8 years of practice” becomes a coherent text in a tone from warm to expert, and all that’s left for you is to adjust the details.
A trial session people show up for.
A new client gets the first 20 minutes free or at a discount and confirms the day before. Anyone who doesn’t confirm doesn’t hold on to your time.
Reviews without awkward asking.
After a few sessions, the client is invited to leave a review, so your first reviews arrive without you asking.
Verified qualification badge.
You upload your diploma, the team checks it, and clients see “Education verified” next to your name.
Free during the beta.
No card or payment details at sign-up. A subscription will come later, and you’ll know in advance.
Why you don’t need a website at the start.
The website can wait, the link works now.
A website costs a psychologist money and weeks of work, and visitors still need an explanation of how to book. A bot link gives you the same things: profile, reviews, terms and booking, but it’s ready on day one and people can book through it right away.
A trial session without empty slots.
A free first consultation brings in clients, but it also has the most no-shows. With confirmation the day before, your calendar keeps only the people who will actually come, and the time of those who didn’t reply opens up for booking again.
Boundaries from your first client.
While you have few clients, it feels like messaging can handle everything. But the habit of answering at midnight takes hold with your very first clients. When bookings, rescheduling, reminders and payment details live in the bot from the start, your personal chat stays personal.
Who this helps at the start.
Psychologists starting out: after leaving a salaried job, after finishing their training, or after relocating, when they have to build a client base in a new country from scratch.
Questions at the start.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Your bot is created from the CognitEase bot, without BotFather. Your profile, schedule, price and payment method are filled in within the app inside Telegram.
I don’t have any reviews yet. What will clients see?
Your profile, terms and booking. Reviews will appear after the first sessions: clients are invited to leave one without you having to ask.
How do I verify my qualifications?
Upload your documents in the app: diploma, certificate, license, ID. After the team reviews them, you get a badge and a list of what has been verified. Clients don’t see the documents themselves.
Does the client need to install anything?
No. Booking, payment and calls open inside Telegram. Video sessions can also be joined from a browser.
