Intake that understands the request

A new client goes through intake right in the bot. CognitEase recognizes the topic — anxiety, relationships, burnout — and digs into that specifically: the follow-up questions are tailored to the actual request. By the first meeting you have focused context, not a raw questionnaire.

Example: a client writes about “constant anxiety at work” — the bot asks about triggers, duration and what's already been tried, instead of a generic 20-question form.

A SOAP record for every meeting

Every meeting becomes a structured SOAP record. Your history of work is built to a clinical standard you can return to at any time.

Example: after the session, Subjective/Objective/Assessment/Plan are ready — you open the client card and see a structured record with progress, not “talked about work, as usual.”

Current picture

A 5P conceptualization that evolves with the client

If SOAP is the story point by point, 5P is the whole picture. After every session CognitEase extracts clinical features and rebuilds the case conceptualization across five factors, from the presenting problem to resources. The picture stays alive and gets refined as therapy progresses, so you always see where the client is now.

Example: by the tenth session you can see how predisposing and maintaining factors have shifted, without digging through every past note by hand.

What else is included

A few more layers run alongside the client card — each one can be switched on or off independently.

Pre-session briefing

An AI digest in one click: where you left off, key themes, open questions, what to watch for. Especially useful after a gap or when you have many clients.

ORS and SRS scales

ORS is 4 questions about the client's wellbeing before a session, SRS is 4 questions about the session itself afterwards. They help you spot a decline or an alliance rupture before it becomes obvious.

Homework

A task from the template library (CBT, ACT, mindfulness, schema therapy, gestalt) or your own. AI can suggest a task based on the session — you accept it or change it.

Settings

You decide what's on and what gets collected.

Smart dossier doesn't run "on by default for everyone." Every layer is configured separately — at the bot level or for a specific client.

Smart dossier master switch

The overall switch for all dossier AI features. If it's off, SOAP and homework turn off too, regardless of their own settings.

Session SOAP analysis

Turns automatic transcription and SOAP record generation after video sessions on or off.

Homework

Turns AI extraction of tasks from the transcript and client reminders on or off. Tasks already assigned keep working if you turn it off.

ORS and SRS

Turned on separately for each client on their card page — not every client needs this level of monitoring.

Security

How this works in terms of ethics and data.

Is my session recorded?

No. The video call itself is never recorded — no video, no audio. Only a text transcript is kept, which you enable yourself when needed, and which the dossier and SOAP record are built from.

Does the assistant “listen” to my sessions?

No. Live audio is never monitored. After a session the audio is turned into a text transcript, and only the text is analysed, with no link to a person's identity. The SOAP record and dossier are built from that text.

Can I edit what the assistant generates?

Yes. The SOAP note, 5P conceptualization and notes are a helpful draft, not a final diagnosis. You edit and add to them yourself: the last word is always yours.

Is client data secure?

All communication happens inside Telegram, over an SSL/TLS-protected connection. Video sessions are carried over a secure channel with encrypted media streams. We treat client data as sensitive and keep strengthening its protection.
