Beta and payment

How much does CognitEase cost right now?

The product is currently in beta, and it's free to use. Pricing is coming later — we'll give everyone who's already joined advance notice.

What changes after the beta?

Paid plans with different session volumes will roll out, but beta participants will hear about it in advance and can decide whether to move to the new terms.

Are there session limits during the beta?

We may adjust limits during the test to keep the service stable for everyone. We'll announce any changes in the bot ahead of time.

How do I join the beta?

Through the Telegram bot: tap the registration button on the site, and a setup wizard walks you through creating your bot and profile.

What payment methods are available right now?

The service itself is free during the beta. You can already configure payment methods for your clients in the bot — you'll need them once you start charging for sessions.

Security and the AI assistant

Is client data secure?

All communication happens inside Telegram, over an SSL/TLS-protected connection. Video sessions are carried over a secure channel with encrypted media streams. We treat client data as sensitive and keep strengthening its protection.

Is my session recorded?

No. The video call itself is never recorded — no video, no audio. Only a text transcript is kept, which you enable yourself when needed, and which the dossier and SOAP record are built from.

Does the assistant “listen” to my sessions?

No. Live audio is never monitored. After a session the audio is turned into a text transcript, and only the text is analysed, with no link to a person's identity. The SOAP record and dossier are built from that text.

Can I edit what the assistant generates?

Yes. The SOAP note, 5P conceptualization and notes are a helpful draft, not a final diagnosis. You edit and add to them yourself: the last word is always yours.

What happens to the data if I stop using the service?

You can request deletion of your data and your clients' data at any time — we don't hold on to it “just in case”.

Booking and client payments

Can I handle booking and payments right inside Telegram?

Yes. The client picks a free slot, gets reminders and pays for the session, all inside Telegram, with no separate apps, links or third-party services.

Do clients need to install anything?

No. Everything works inside Telegram, which your clients already have. No separate apps and no passwords.

How does a client find out a session is coming up?

The bot sends reminders to the client and to you, both before the session and when the video call starts. No need to message clients manually.

What if a client doesn't show up or cancels at the last moment?

You set your own cancellation and rescheduling rules. The bot applies them automatically and tells the client the terms upfront.

Setup and getting started

Will it fit my approach?

CognitEase isn't tied to a particular modality, so it suits practitioners of any orientation: CBT, gestalt, psychoanalysis, schema therapy and others.

Is it hard to set up?

No, no technical skills needed. The bot is created in a couple of clicks; a wizard walks you through every step and even suggests a name based on your practice description.

How long does setup take before the first client?

Usually 10 to 15 minutes: profile, schedule and payment method. After that the bot is ready to take bookings.

Can I bring over existing clients from other tools?

Yes, clients are added manually or join on their own through the bot — no complicated import needed.
